This week’s words of encouragement.
This weeks words of encouragement are found in the gospel of John chapter 14 verse 1 and 2.
Jesus said ” Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.”
School will reopen to Children on Monday 7th September 2020. Please check

for each year group are as follows:
Children in years 2,4 and 6 will return to school on Monday 7th September 2020.
Children in years 1,3 and 5 will return to school on Tuesday 8th September 2020.
Nursery and Reception parents will have been informed separately of their starting dates.
At Latymer All Saints our core values of Love, Aspiration and Service underpin everything that we do.
Our Christian ethos is a strength of the school, and was recognised in our Anglican Schools Inspection (2015) that “Leaders and Governors have a clear Christian vision for the school and have developed and nurtured a school community that is loving, aspirational and which places service of God and others at its heart”.
We have a close relationship with All Saints Church and enjoy services there throughout the year. Father Stuart, our vicar, visits the school every week to lead collective worship.
We are a proudly inclusive, multi-cultural and multi-faith school, set in the vibrant and diverse area of Edmonton Green. We take pride in our many achievements including our recent Primary Science Gold Quality Mark and Gold Award for Sustainable travel.
Our children are supported by committed, caring and talented staff who work hard to ensure each child progresses well and achieves their full potential. As a school we are fully committed to a growth mindset culture and endeavour to develop a love of learning in all members of our school community. We believe in working in partnership with our families in order to ensure our children achieve well so we run a range of support workshops for parents throughout the year and our Parent Support Adviser is always on hand to offer help and advice. We have a CELTA trained member of staff who is able to offer classes teaching English as an additional language to parents and carers.
Our children work hard and develop a real love of learning. They make excellent progress whilst enjoying an innovative, engaging and experience based curriculum which is broad, balanced and relevant.
We offer a range of extra-curricular opportunities and our children achieve very well in a variety of sporting events. We offer opportunities for children to develop their musical and performance talents and to pursue other interests through activities such as sport and art clubs.
Our children are well behaved, prompting positive comments from visitors, and they enjoy school. We work hard to develop happy, self-confident, articulate young people who will carry our school values throughout their lives as responsible citizens.
