FOODBANKS & DISTRIBUTION
Emergency food to people in crisis:
- Foodbanks can assist you to get access to regular food parcels that suit your needs if you
are experiencing food poverty. They will provide a minimum of 3 days nutritionally balanced,
tinned and dried food donated by the local community.

A charity providing women and girls a safe place where they can be listened to and services
to help them overcome challenges. They offer counselling, training and weekly coffee
mornings, talks and social activities.
